Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
Prints: Prints are shipped flat or rolled, depending on size, using protective packaging.
Original artwork: Originals are carefully wrapped and securely packaged before being dispatched.
I aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
For international orders, please contact me before purchasing so I can confirm shipping costs and arrangements.
Damaged Items
I take great care when packaging all artwork. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork.
If the item has been damaged during transit, I will arrange a replacement where possible. For original artwork, I may offer to repair or repaint the piece, depending on the nature of the damage.
Returns & Refunds
As my artwork is individually created and carefully packaged, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
All sales are final, except where an item arrives damaged.
