Shipping & Delivery
I carefully package all prints and original artworks to ensure they arrive safely.
Processing Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Bespoke or commissioned artwork may take longer, and you will be advised of the expected timeframe before your order is completed.
UK Delivery
UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times will depend on the service selected and are usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International Delivery
I am happy to ship artwork internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes that may apply to their order.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier. Please contact me before ordering if you would like a shipping quote.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
If your parcel is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help resolve the issue.
Please retain all original packaging if your artwork arrives damaged, as photographs of the packaging may be required when making a claim with the delivery provider.
Damaged Artwork
I take great care when packaging your artwork. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of deliverywith photographs of the artwork and packaging.
I will arrange a replacement where possible. For original artwork, I may offer to repair or repaint the piece, depending on the damage.
